When I pulled up there was a good line waiting to enter. I was in the que to enter, one of your techs walked up and asked me if i was here before another car, which i was. I told her that was ok. I appreciated her coming to speak with me. That is where it all went southI pulled in opened my hood and the tech tested my oil and I was low. he then pumped out my oil. he was working on 2 cars bay 2 and bay3. he must have gotten confused as he filled and completed bay 2 before bay which I was in and clearly in before bay 2.He never checked my tires, never checked my lights. H seemed to be confused that my hybrid would not turn on and no matter how many times i pressed the gas it would not turn on. he kind of shook his hands and ok and walked my car out.I come to this store religiously, include my wife's car and my daughters car. there are so many choices to have this service completed around town. I hope that this does not happen again.thank you,

The young man who I'm presuming was supposed to be working on my car disappeared for 10 minutes and I had no idea why I was just sitting there with the hood up. I asked another employee what was going on and why was no one finishing up the service. She looked at the engine and replied, "I have no idea what you're waiting for" and walked away. The young man returned to the building but then started chatting with the person in the lower level while leaning on the metal bars. After about 5 minutes, I rolled down my window, excused myself and asked why am I just sitting here? Who is supposed to be working on this. He appeared to be slightly annoyed for the interruption but did walk over and finished up the services. I asked him if he would be able to check my tires and he replied "they were already checked, she did them and looked over at the black female employee".
