About a week ago, I visited this location to get a premium oil change for my red ford taurus. Upon entering, everyone was courteous and professional as well as nice despite being busy. After my oil change, I noticed my vehicle was leaking power steering fluid like crazy. I called valvoline and they offered to take a look at it to see what had happened. Coming back to the location and having it inspected, it turned out my car was in need of a new piston and thus why I was leaking power steering fluid. The manager Don or Dan (sorry I have forgotten) as well as his technicians were extremely nice during this whole encounter and reaffirms my belief that valvoline is the only place to get an oil change from! They even gave me some power steering fluid to get home as well as some coupons which was not needed but so very nice of them. This is the kind of service that I wish all businesses had. Great work guys, yall are appreciated!
