Service was pretty great, did not pressure me into the buying anything I didn’t need. Like an engine air filter was the one thing I need but my car is too new to get it from there and they made sure to they told me that. The only bad thing was the temperature inside the bay, which wasn’t there fault but with the high excessive heat, it’s dangerous for customers and workers.

I was first in line when the business opened, three other cars behind me, all of which were waited on before me, despite that I indicated I had to get in and get right out. 50 minutes for just a straight oil change, no add-ons. This locations has been very good and I always use it because of that, however they failed this time badly. Past experiences here count, so I will be giving them another chance, but the new guy who is managing this location is not in my opinion is not nearly as good as the previous. Additionally, the location opens at 8, but the first employee showed up at 8:01 and it was not the manager, he showed up 10 minutes later. Effectively the opening of your business didn’t actually occur until 8:11
