The first time I was very aggressively being upselled despite repeatedly saying I wasn't interested in anything but an oil change - this of course meant additional condescending attitudes from the service provider. The second time I was left idle for about 25 minutes in the garage before they gave me an ETA of 5-10 minutes for the car in front of me. After 10 minutes, they told me they could no longer provide an ETA. I'm overall pretty disappointed. The second visit everybody seemed nice, but they should have given me a better notice early on that I would have been in queue longer. I only came back because I had a coupon. I usually have better service at the Valvoline on Waverly which is five minutes out.
