I was inconvenienced by a mechanical issue this location was having. I didn't mind, but received a discount for returning at a later time anyway. The discount was honoured politely and without skepticism by a different staff member. A trainee was working on my vehicle and was closely supervised. Unknown issues were pointed out for me, even one that wouldn't get another sale for them, as it is not a service offered.

Guy proceeded to continue to push products on me, and made it seem like I didn't know about vehicles as well when we were talking. Multiple times I said just oil change, asked if they could check between engine and transmission mounting area to see if transmission was leaking nobody did that, guy who first asked me what I needed today outside of bay was awesome. Other guy who helped me in side bay area not so much.

I had a problem with my dip stick and they sent time getting it out. That the service went quickly and as a result they over filled my oil and it ends up dripping out of my car when we stopped at a rest stop in Angola, Indiana. We had to toll our car and take it to Midas where they notice the over fill which lead to a mess leaving less then a quart which could have done more damage. They also found a seal leaking which this facility did not find. Which left us stranded til today and one high bill repair which included another oil change.

My f-150 takes 6 quarts of oil. When I got home I checked the oil level on the dipstick and it was over by at least a quart. I had to siphon over a quart of oil out of the pan to eliminate engine damage. Very unhappy for the highest priced oil change I ever had.
