I think the guys name was Rayshawn?? He was EXTREMELY helpful & patient with me- someone who was anxious about driving in correctly (& messed that up), needed every little thing explained in detail, & help with how to reset oil level inside. He also let me know, in detail, about other work I needed done and showed me how nasty my air filter was so I could get the replacement right then. (Couldn’t afford everything on the spot but I could handle that surprise). He also kept a very pleasant & professional tone the whole time.
