Terribly expensive, did not give new customer discount, extremely busy and long wait time, over priced cabin air filter at $60 (go to auto zone and get it for $20), insisted the car needed the radiator to be flushed when their sister location in plymouth changed it recently - and said the same thing to the car in the next bay.
