It was just easy. The young man who greeted me in line was pleasant as all get-out. He was also the gentleman who performed the service. When I asked him to check the transmission fluid level (because I'd been hearing some noises and experiencing gear slippage which I didn't mention to him) he found that the fluid level was fine, but he determined that it was old and burnt. Both he and my window clerk (Tom) gave me good reasons to replace the fluid. I was told that it would take 1/2 hour. But the oil change and transmission fluid change combined took less time than that. And now my automatic gear shifts are smoother than they've been in years u2013 and no more odd noises. For the price I paid for the fluid change I figure that I probably saved a couple of grand by having the transmission serviced at the dealership. I'm not the kind of person to automatically dish out five-star ratings just to get through a survey, but this visit was pleasant, swift, and painless. Indeed, five stars for this visit.
