Your team members refused service. The coolant was marginally low, in an effort to "top it off" they began to remove the radiator cap which is clearly marked "NEVER OPEN HOT!". When it sprayed coolant everywhere they said it had a "profuse leak" and told us they could not perform service and we needed to go to a mechanic. When I asked them why they would remove that cap while it was hot, they said they "are trained professionals". We wasted a 30 mile trip (15 miles each way) and an hour of our time just for them to be incompetent and pedantic.
