They used my car and time as a training tool for new employees, this has happened before as well and extends the visit time by double. Trainee put to much oil in and used a machine to suck some out. When I left I asked a employee if they ask first if you can use your car for a training tool he responded you ask ask them to stop? I received a copy of the receipt through email at4.06 pm after paying for services I actually drove out of the garage 17 minutes later. The service there is overall good but the forcing training time on the customers time almost pushes me to pick a different oil place.
