I should be giving at least 4-5 stars to this location but I don’t feel comfortable doing so anymore due to a couple of my not too great recent experiences. Over time, I have been a consistent and loyal customer who always come in for regular oil changes since the time it was under ownership and management of Mr. Saad and without any exaggeration, I’m literally talking about 4 years or more of patronage. I really got comfortable and never had thoughts or reasons of going elsewhere for my vehicles oil changes and services even when I had dealerships privileges, complimentary oil changes and extra coupons that I could avail myself of. I love and feel more confident coming in with my own supplies (Engine oil+ Filter) and I still get welcomed and treated with utmost courtesy, respect and care. Pricing would be great and I get to use savings coupons and discretionary manager’s discount for my services every now and then without any hassle. However, a lot of that has changed since it came under new management. They’ll strategically cajole and hustle you with these bogus coupons that are never honored, applied or deemed useful when presented at the time of service, citing flimsy policies and excuses for denial! My take hitherto, retrain and orientate your managers to be less ruthless, allow them more flexibility and discretions, make prices more reasonable and affordable (especially for customers coming in with their own supplies), stop sending out reminders, coupons ($15 off entire invoice of $40, $10 off oil changes, etc) to customers when you know you’ll neither validate nor honor them when they are presented. This is tantamount to deception, sheer pettiness, lack of integrity and It is completely embarrassing to the customer. It further puts your mechanics/technicians at loggerheads with the customers and this doesn’t augur well for business reputation and well being at the long run. I mean tell me why I have to be calling customer service while getting serviced for possible mediation on matters and concerns as such as those listed above, and yet without any positive resolution, impact or gain?
