The manager is a great guy. He is truthful and real about the health of your vehicle. Every time I come in, my wife and I are treated with the utmost respect. The manager makes sure to let us know new things that are popping up on our vehicle and how to rectify the issue. The employees are always friendly, smiling, and happy to help no matter the issue. My wife and I have been coming here for more than 5 years. And we will continue to, because of the respectful, polite, and helpful nature of the staff here at this location. Thank yall for all you do for the city of Monroe! 🙏

I know they are new, unfortunately the have huge shoes to fill as Saad and his great 100% crew were out of this world. It will be hard to compare to them. Service took a bit long, as I was first customer of the day. I have another car we took there and they didn't tighten screws in from engine shield cause them to loosen and fall out. Cost me 65 dollars to replace. This visit I told them to double check.

Your team members must have lost my bolts to my skid plate they claim a lot were missing so all they could find was 3 and that it takes a lot more they took 20 mins working in it without letting me know what they were doing and then they sent me out without re/ installing my skid plate correctly so as we were driving home on the freeway my skid plate dropped and we were dragging it we had to find an exit to get it cut off. Thankfully we did not have our grandchildren with us but it was still a very scary experience! So now I have to buy a new skid plate and have it installed. Your staff is very inexperienced and should have never sent me home with that issue. I have gone there for years when Saad was there and was always taken very good care of. I will never be back and will be contacting my attorney to get reimbursed for all of this.

It was very clear this location was bought out. The staff was more focused on talking to each other than doing their jobs. Services were technically explained, but not well. It sounded like a robot was saying what I needed rather than a person. No one reset my oil change light. Pricing for windshield wipers were outrageous and not told to me. As soon as I said I needed them, nothing was discussed. Clearly, I should have known better and asked for more information since it was blatantly obvious this staff was not the same as Saad and his team. Will not be returning.
