I was very disappointed, i used to go to this location religiously before they switched owners. The person who did my oil change didnt hook up something correctly and was going to let me leave with my car shaking after i turned it back on, it took 3 workers to fix the issue and seemed like they didnt care at all. The young man with a mowhawk hair cut needs to be fired. You shouldnt have people working on a vehicle if they dont know what they are doing.

The price was miss represented on the call prior work . I had tire’s rotated and they didn’t rest tire positions for the low air sensor system. I do believe it is illegal to perform a rotation without completing that step for saftey reasons . They didn’t reset the oil life monitor on the car either . The female manager was extremely rude and offered no explanation other than the don’t do that . EVERY place that does oil changes and tire rotation does those rests. If I would have known that be for hand I would never had the work done there . I will definitely pass this experience to everyone I know and on social media

When I got home parked vehicle in garage noticed some time later there was a large puddle of oil on floor obviously didn't wipe out under carriage on the price of oil change they wanted approximately 20 dollars more than previous owner however they did knock 15 $ off also tech wasn't sure how to reset oil change reminder
