Not the fault of the staff. Itu2019s the second time that Iu2019ve been there that my air filter wasnu2019t available. Would rather have all the maintenance work done at the same time at the same place. If itu2019s not stocked I have to go somewhere else.

They overfilled the engine with oil and then it went all over the engine compartment. They cleaned some of it off but now it smells like oil inside the vehicle. I paid $116 for an oil change, I understand you get what you pay for but I didnu2019t feel very confident with the work they performed and didnu2019t seem very professional. Everybody makes mistakes and I didnu2019t complain, if I were the manager I think I wouldu2019ve apologized for the inconvenience and maybe offered some money off the total.
