This place RUINED my CVT transmission! Went in for my routine CVT transmission fluid change in mid April, and it cost me north of $180. After the fluid swap, I drove home uncertain and had a feeling something was off. About 70 miles post appointment (literally the next day), I get codes P2858 and P2859 pop up when scanned with an OBDII tool (both regarding transmission engagement).
My transmission is slipping, and more than once has my car entered limp mode and completely stalled out when I was attempting to move forward after being at a stop sign, which almost caused a t-bone accident on the corner of M-20 and Coldwater Road going south back home.
I went on their website and filed a complaint form and they sent an automated "We'll get back to you within 24-48 hours," but I've been ghosted.
