Went in to get a oil change done sat there for 4 hours while the manger was tearing my oil pan up on my brand new truck on a 3500 hd diesel truck i had a hole the size of a small orange in my oil pan after he was done and then told me to go to the dealership to get it fixed

Went in there to get radiator service done and they messed up my radiator by doing it wrongly dont trust valvoline anymore wont be going back there
