Been going here a year and a half. When it came time at the end of my third or fourth oil change I noticed my car is leaking oil I didn't think much of it went and got my oil changed again. The leaking seemed to stop. It came time to change my oil again and the leaking had started again. This time I decide to crawl under there and see where it was leaking from. It was leaking from the drain plug and I was about a quart low. This prompted me to change my oil myself this time to see what was going on. It took a lot of force to get the drain plug out. Then I noticed how deformed the crush washer was for the drain plug it was oval shape and only 3/4 of it was crushed. Looks like it hadn't been changed in several oil changes. It's supposed to be done after every oil change. I went and bought a new crush washer, finished my oil change and it hasn't been leaking since.

Highly recommend! My oil change experiences are usually hit or miss, so I decided to try this location today and I’m so glad I did. The service was amazing and incredibly fast. Johnathan was helpful, kind, and very informative. He made the experience personable, took the time to answer all my questions, and made me feel taken care of. I will definitely be coming back to this location again!
