I expected a much faster oil change. The car ahead of me was there before I got there and still took 15-20 minutes to get me in. Maybe that's normal, I don't know. The oil change itself was very thorough and professional. It was a new business so perhaps people are still learning. If I was somewhat busy I would have had to leave.

I had an oil change and I fine air filter put in. When they put in the air filter, they didn’t assemble the air box correctly causing me to have issues with my 2022 Terrain. I had to take the car into the dealership and was without a vehicle for 2 days while the fixed it.

The staff was friendly but quick and efficient. I had questions which they seemed happy to answer. They checked things over but unlike other places, no one tried to up sell me. I know when my vehicle needs a new air filter or other services. Other places try to upsell me EVERY time to extra services or products. There was none of that here. My spouse and I both felt very comfortable in the no pressure environment. We were both pleased with the service. My husband will be bringing in his vehicle in next week. This will be our go to place for oil changes. Happy that Valvoline opened in our area.
