Oil change was fine…maybe Saturday mornings are tough on the crew. They let me know that I should get differential fluids and transmission fluids changed. The truck has 60k miles (and used for towing) and transmission and differential fluids haven’t been changed. I told them to go ahead and do transmission (was also going to ask for differential) and they told me they didn’t have access so they couldn’t do it?!? I didn’t bother with differential at that point. Why tell me it is a service that needs to be done, give me a price and then tell me they can’t do it? I also had to ask them to fill tires AFTER they started to direct me out of bay…not a huge deal but attention to detail? What else did they miss?
