I had never been there before. I had been having difficulty getting in to Ford due to reduced hours and was past due for an pull change. The reviews looked good for Valvoline and decided to give them a go. For the seven or eight years I've taken my car to Ford and always said do whatever needs to be done, I trusted them. The guys changed an air filter that was original (2016 car!) that was beyond filthy. I'll be back. Won't need to miss half a day of work for routine services and look forward to how pleasant everyone was.

I was immediately delighted to see not one but TWO women working when I pulled in for my oil change. I would come back to this location for that reason alone. But they were also very efficient, friendly, helpful, and not at all pushy. Overall it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back at valvoline for my next oil change.

The staff guided me to move to a different lane twice. And the second time, I knew the staff were mistaken in the order of customer and I asked them to verify before I move my lane for the second time. The staff after watching the video told me that they verified the video and I came later so, I have to move. When I said I am very certain I came prior to the other customer, they offered me to watch the video myself. When I watched it was crystal clear (video is the proof) that I was indeed ahead of the line. What bothered me the most was the staff was ingenious even after watching the video and lied to me and made me move my lane. I understand mistakes happen prior to watching the video but should not happen after verifying the video. The staff said even the manager verified the video!!
