Valvoline Instant Oil Change

id say to fire zach and mason but they did such a great job that i think they deserve a raise. david too.

I had brought both mine and my wife's cars in for oil changes on the same day. The crew was polite and knowledgeable. They had the job done fairly quickly. I was not impressed by all the mess they left on both vehicles though. Only after the second vehicle was driven home did I notice the problem. I had the smell of burning oil for days. I checked the car once home and found oil on the exhaust manifold and all the under hood service points were dripping with oil. The painted surfaces outside the engine bay had oil smeared on them as well. I checked the other car once I saw this mess and it was in the same condition. I had to get both cars washed and I had to wipe down the under hood service points on both cars. Your techs were wearing gloves, but they were soaked in oil. Their uniforms must be soaked as well. Where they leaned against the fenders had oil smeared on both cars. I watched the tech as he checked the dipstick. He pulled it out, wiping it between his fingers and letting the oil drop on the engine. Then he walked over to the drivers door to show me and dripped oil down the door painted surfaces. Of course you can't see any of this while sitting at the shop. You find it all when you get home. I never saw anyone with a towel or rag to wipe anything. I can only imagine what the underside of the cars look like. For the price you pay, I would expect not to have to deal with this mess on my cars. Not so sure I will ever go back again.

It did take a little longer than expected, however, the technicians communicated well and were friendly the entire time.
