I mentioned to the employees that I had just bought my car, and then they tried to upsell me on every product possible😂They even tried telling me my headlights were out when the guy turned on my fog lights, I had tested them already at the dealership…Tried convincing me I needed a new battery right away??? How the heck you think I got here if I needed a new battery dude? both filters, but when I brought up a fuse that needs changed in my car that actually needs fixed for certain equipment in the armrest to function and asked for advice the team member laughed it off and said it didn’t matter. Probably never going to Valvoline again, if I do it certainly won’t be the same location. My oil change overall was fine and I haven’t had any issues with it so far. Despise when employees try to upsell you on products without being transparent about prices, but as soon as they can’t actually do the service it’s “you’ll probably be fine” That’s what you get for being a woman and going to a place like this. It’s worth mentioning my oil change took forever because they were too worried about upselling me crap too. Several people came and went before me too, people who came after me out long before I was.
