The person who was working on my truck filled my tires to the maximum pressure and said the system showed 35 lbs but he said he always goes off the pressure on the tires which was 44 lbs max pressure. The max pressure is for having a heavy load on the vehicle not for every day driving. Please instruct him on this fact.

I waited due to others ahead of me & that was fine. They were having a issue with car in bay 1, I was directed to bay 3. They started to work on my car. They got done with bay 1 & directed the next vehicle into bay 1. That person had only been outside waiting 5 minutes or so. They then desert me & start working on his truck instead. I tried to get someone's attention to no avail. continued to wait at least a half hour before they decided to come back to me. The guy apologized stating they were short as one employee was sick. He could sense I was upset about the waiting, I stated to him that I didn't want to hear the sales talk, to just finish up so I could leave. He complied. I don't feel they did the thorough inspection that they normally do. Manager Never came to my car to apologize.

40 minutes to get in then 40 more minutes to put oil in vehicle….only to find out they have no oil filter so I’m still sitting here….. but they made sure that I paid before waiting 10 minutes to tell me that they have no oil filter for my car. Someone will be going shortly to get some. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have no choice but to wait, as I can’t drive without oil. Shouldn’t they have known when they scanned my door before they pulled me in to the garage? I’m extremely frustrated as I have places to be, And they seem to be in no hurry to go get an oil filter
