I purchased a Groupon a few weeks ago and always go to the one in Grosse Pointe Park but I was leaving Dick’s Sporting Goods and noticed one across Gratiot. It was a lot nicer than the one on Mack but unfortunately, I left my reading glasses at home and couldn’t see how to pull up the voucher via my email. One guy didn’t know what a Groupon was and so I asked the guy (John) at the computer in my bay area if he could take a look at my phone hit the magic button to redeem it. He said “I just need a bar code.” I stated that I can’t see my phone and if he could assist. He just stood there like he didn’t know how to converse with a live human being. After asking multiple times which I got no response I asked for his name and left.
