The people were very knowledgeable, they suggested things that I need but weren't pushy about trying to get me to buy added services. Also very friendly. And the oil change was performed in a timely manner

would have enjoyed having the Oil change done properly the first time. Went to location, had an oil change, and next day I observed an oil puddle in the driveway (nothing major) and chalked it up to excess oil that might have dripped overnight. Over the next several days, I parked in different spots and would see fresh puddles every morning in the driveway. I then took it back, for a courtesy check. I waited in the parking lot for probably close to an hour as there was originally 4 cars ahead of me, and luckily one got fed up with waiting and drove off. Once inside attendant immediately stated yes it's leaking. rather than taking accountability and saying we made an error, manager did have them replace new seal and secure the drain plug better, and said no way to know if that's where the leak is coming from, appears to be higher up in the engine. Magically, never had a leak with the vehicle in 4+ years, but this time the engine started leaking oil immediately after an oil change at this location. Then added some oil and sent me on my way. I appreciate not being charged for a courtesy inspection, but waiting an hour to have something fixed, that wasn't done correctly the first time, while denying any accountability, and having oil stains all over my driveway now, that I have to pay extra for to purchase cleaning agents and pressure wash my driveway really doesn't sit to well. Especially after already paying $70+ dollars for an oil change the first time. Me and my wife drive constantly for work and get oil changes on either vehicle or both monthly and can assure you, we will never go back to this location again. The crews were nice, I'm not saying anyone wasn't and mistakes happen. But spending my time / weekend and additional money to clean up with was screwed up the first time isn't fun. It should also be noted with replacing the seal and checking the drain plug.....There is no longer a leak, so while the manager may still contend its up higher in the engine area, no more leaks after the courtesy check-up.
