Great customer service! Kestler was so nice and helpful. It was very busy when I went and they went out of their way to do light checks in line just to speed up the process so we wouldn’t have to wait too long. I was told they’re under new ownership and it shows. I will definitely be coming back!

Service was disappointing. They forgot to install the new wiper blades I purchased, and rather than correcting the mistake right away, they prioritized other customers in a longer line. I didn’t feel like my time or business was valued.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was greeted by a tech as soon as I pulled up even though the bays were full. He was friendly and let time know that they will be right with me. He told me which bay to pull up to while I wait.
The techs communicated well and got me done quickly and efficiently.
