The individual speaking with me was highly trained, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy or trying to "sell" me on what he perceived I needed. It was the best overall oil change service while I wait that I've ever had. He was super helpful with all my questions and he had excellent suggestions for some items I needed for my one-owner 15-year-old Chrysler 300 Hemi (which had recently rolled over 100,000 miles). I will use this oil change venue again and again and again. We also will take our brand new Traverse Premier to this location as well.
