I needed my oil changed while visiting family, this one was on my way through. They were short staffed and oil changes were taking much longer as a result. But it was very obvious they were cranking as quick as possible but also making sure to take care of the customers and not skip at all on customer service.

I’ve been going to Valvoline for the past 3 years religiously because they always have taken care of my vehicle. I’ve praised them and referred friends and family. This time when I was there I elected to have a tire rotation.I provided my lug lock, and the worker charged me for the tire rotation, and moved me to the waiting room. A few minutes later he came in saying that he couldn’t get the lock off, and he completely stripped the key for it. Now I am going to have to pay another tire place to cut all of the lock lugs off my car and buy a whole new set of lug nuts. This is costing me hundreds of dollars now due to your “mechanic” who can’t even work a lug lock. The worker never apologized to me for ruining the key, and gave me no options to fix it. Then he tried to blame the last person who used the lug lock, which was also your employee the last time I had a tire rotation at Valvoline. I’m incrediable unhappy, and may go post about this on social media so nobody else has to go through the same shoddy work and damage to their vehicles. This is unacceptable
