The manager and team members were great, quick, and efficient. The pricing has gotten out of hand which is no fault of your staff. Almost $60 for a cabin filter is ridiculous. It was bad enough that my oil change was $100 without the coupon I happened to find. Other than that, Valvoline has always had a quality product, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and been very quick about servicing customers and getting them back on the road.

there was only one gentleman who was a United States Marine, that was actually giving great customer service, the gentleman that helped me was coughing constantly without a mask and did not have a clue to what was going on, He was literally lost on every question I asked him.

I was very disappointed in my service received. i arrived to a long line and was very patient when the technician told me they where busy. i pulled forward and pulled a little too far to which the technician seemed mildly annoyed. i then parked was not walked through the conventional initial safety checks conducted like turn signals horn things of that nature. after asking about price the technician offered a coupon online “if i could find one” rather than directing me to the valvoline website that offers coupons and discounts. the technician then proceeded to go begin my change, go outside around the corner with his buddy and talk as well as hit smoking devices. i know what weed pen smoke and a group of high ons look like. excluding the african american tech who was the only one steadily working, preforming all checks, and offering professional and top notch service to his customers. the two other techs and believed to be manager all sat outside hitting their vapes instead of working. then to come back a while later, finish my oil, and send me on my way without a copy of my receipt. very very dissatisfied with the team at this location
