At the visit prior to the latest one, a team member forgot to put the oil cap on. I was given a free oil change for my inconvenience. During this visit, the team members complained about having to do a complimentary oil change, couldn't locate the dipstick, destroyed the gasket/seal to the air intake tube and caused me an entire day off inconvenience having to call a tow truck and locate the part they destroyed. They closed the case Cs1389287 I opened up and haven't done a further investigation.
