Supposed to open at 8:00 am and when I arrived at that time was told they needed to wait for another staff member to arrive before they could get me in. This did not happen until 8:15 and I needed to get to an appointment at 9:00. once in it all worked out but expect them to be able to open when advertised.

It took the oil filter tech over 15 minutes to locate the area of where the oil filter is on the engine. He struggled with the removal and caused the vehicle not to start when finished. After having to call corp,(Chris is a gem as well as Jennifer) I had to have the vehicle towed to my service center. They discovered that the oil tech knocked the starter clip that is next to the oil filter. The manager "Riley" was not there during all this and when I called corp the next day as Chris told me to call once my service told me the issue and that it was related to the oil change, I call corp and was told that I would have to talk to Riley. Riley told me he was a busy man and would "try" to see the car that day. This was on Friday and I informed him that waiting for him to try "and he would not promise that he would make it was unacceptable. I call Corp and talked to Jennifer She said she would handle and Riley did go view the car. I am now waiting for a reply from Corp on reimbursement for the my seervice tech who had to correct. Luckily for you folks my $105 tow will be paid for from my insurance. 3&1/2 hours and a 2 mile walk home is how long it took for the "15" minute oil change.
