After more than 15 years as a customer, I won’t be returning. The staff have made rude comments about not liking to change the oil on my car in the past several times and asked when I’m going to replace it. I’m paying for an oil change; it’s their job, not a favor. Other shops check and explain things like coolant and transmission fluid, and offer discounts. I asked about a loyalty discount and presented a coupon, but both were refused. Based on what I’ve observed, I can’t help wondering if they would have accepted it had I been Chaldean. Awful experience. I don’t recommend this location! Avoid it you can! They do not appreciate loyal costumers who been coming regularly for 15+years!
