Every service member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I also was impressed with the communication between the service techs. I found the process consistent with some of the best practices in the automotive industry, akin to the Toyota way. Highly impressive. My sole complaint is that they forgot to clear the service code from my vehicle. However, I alerted them to the issue and it was handled.

Sent my wife in with our vehicle hoping she would be in good hands with valvoline, she was not. First the technician offered to change her air filter, we have a K&N renewable air filter. Then the technician recommended a rear differential service, it is a front wheel drive vehicle with no rear differential. Following that technician recommended a transmission fluid change, we have a 2020 Toyota Sienna that has world standard fluid and vehicle is only at 84,500 miles changed is not needed by Toyota standards till at least 100,000. And the most easily thing that they could have done for her that they didn’t even try to do was reset the oil life meter. Over priced oil change with bunch of additional extra services that are not needed, would not recommend if you don’t know what your vehicle needs and doesn’t.
