I visited the location on a Saturday for an oil change. As for that part, the shop did an acceptable job. Past that, I was reminded of all the reasons why I change oil myself. I was bombarded with so many items to upsell; it was a complete turn-off. One of the guys suggested that I change my windshield wipers. I told him they were only about 3 weeks old, at which point he began arguing about how bad of shape they were. I persisted that I didn't want the wiper blades changed, and he eventually moved on from that topic. We were there for probably 25- 30 minutes, of which about 10 were us sitting with no one providing any service.
Overall, a pretty poor experience, and I will not be returning. Even if I opt not to change my oil myself, I will be going to another shop.
