The employees worked together as a team, so the visit was efficient. I had only planned on an oil change, but when Faith showed me how filthy the in-cabin air filter was, I really needed that, too. However, Iu2019m retired on a fixed income. Faith told me I could take advantage of their senior discount, if that would help me feel like I could make it work financially. She was very kind.

WOW - the Wilson/Lake Michigan Valvoline far exceeds expectations. I have been a loyal Valvoline customer for twenty-five years - typically going to the Jenison location, but this location is much closer. They are a new location and have certainly hired the best in not only customer service but car-side manner. My wait was literally, a minute! Overall, I spent 15 minutes and had the best service ever. They kept me informed, gave me options, and it was evident that management sets a high bar for customer satisfaction! I have two vehicles (Mazda 6 & an MV-1) and one of themis a mobility vehicle for my daughter. It's not a vehicle you see every day on the road as production ceased a few years ago, but at Valvoline, they are able to service without any issues. Thank you Wilson Avenue Valvoline men for such great service! - I'll be back on my services dates! Patty
