Toni, the person that was at the window walking me through was of the utmost professionalism, compassion, and knowledge. even hearing her talk to adjacent customers she was very thorough with everything she did. the techs working under in the bay were very definitive with their callouts and communication to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. they all had ppe on, and were also very compassionate with their work. if i could rate higher, i would.
