I had excellent customer service from 3 employees at my visit today. First Jason helped check me in and reset my maintenance required light that has been on for months since my last oil change! Then Joshua helped replace my brake lights and did the oil change. And last but definitely not least Halla was amazing. She was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She helped me with checking out and all the info needed if I need to stop back in or have questions about other services available. I’ve found my new favorite location to go to and you’ve got a customer for life Valvoline. I’ve always been satisfied with the service at other locations but this team went above and beyond my expectations. Good Customer service is rare these days and when it happens I have to say thank you. So thank you for the great service. Take care!
