Chris is probably one of the most respectful people I have ever met. He had just finished my services when a man started to curse at an employee about using the machine that sucks out the oil. Chris politely asked to step away for a second. He went to the man and respectfully explained the machine and the guy started cursing at Chris. Once the guy left Chris sincerely apologized to me about the situation.

Immediately upon getting pulled into position for the oil change, a severe thunderstorm hit the area and knocked out power for a couple minutes and the system went down for about 20 minutes, so I was in there for a long time, completely understandable, but I work a lot of hours during the work season and time is valuable to me, I’m not upset at all
