The team members mangled the screws for my air filter box. Stripped the head on one so couldn't get it out, pried the lid on that screw to barely get the filter out. Took a look at the filter, then bent the cover to get the filter back in, scraping the sides on the opening. Upon inspection after the oil change, the stripped screw has the head stripped and is halfway threaded out, and another screw was not screwed back in at all. Get tools needed to do the job correctly and not leave a customer with work they now have to do themselves when a service was paid for. Confidence the rest of the job was done correctly is not there. What else were shortcuts taken on? Picture available.

When I got there, they were fine, but when I told them to make sure to fasten my skid plate properly, since they have not done so before and I was stuck on the side of the road, they said they would make sure. They did not do that for a second time (two separate occurrences) and I was stuck on the side of a busy road yet again and was late to pick up my child from school. When I was told to come in on Wednesday and they would fix it and the manager would be there, there was no manager there. I am very upset as I specifically said to make sure it is done properly.
