I have been to this service station multiple times, and the service is going downhill. I come in, expecting they will top off fluids, check lights, check tires, change oil. I got change oil. I mentioned to the man motioning me out of the bay that lights hadnu2019t been checked. He quickly did so, but I think I missed half of the service. They asked about a rear differential case, reading some text at top volume. Did I get a new oil filter? I donu2019t know and didnu2019t see one go by. They are so busy hollering codes back and forth, but no one is truly taking care of business or the customers. This station is less than 1 mile from my houseu2014convenient but clearly only got half of the service this visitu2014and I now question what I did get.
