Pulled in to get the oil changed and the workers on duty didn't say they were short staffed and took over an hour before I was even starter. Poor communication on the managers part.
Wasn't very satisfied with the wait but needed the oil changed in the truck. Thought maybe a discount would have been offered but nothing was said.

Demetrius the "manager" put the wrong oil in my car. He then, tried to explain to me that they are about the same. When I question this, he just walked away. Another employee came over, apologized and told me they will give me the oil I paid for. I guess there was a difference in price and performance. This is coming from someone like myself that doesn't know much about the different oils. What was supposed to be a quick oil change turned into over a hour wait. Beware when you come to this location.

Not recommended but employees were knowledgeable.
