VALVOLINE STANDS BY THEIR SERVICE & PRODUCTS. I purchased a car battery from Valvoline back in 2023. Another automotive service center informed that several of the lead-acid cells had failed; and that it would only charging to 40%. I took it back to Valvoline. They tested the battery, determined that I needed a new battery and looked up the warranty. Valvoline popped out the old one and replaced it for free, under their warranty. The warranty was to expire three weeks later. Now, I have a new battery with brand new 3-year warranty (no prorating). Thanks, Miles. Lastly, their customer service department is second to none. Thanks Valvoline.
