We waited over an hour to get into the bay and then it took almost another full hour to get the service completed. All of the staff were wandering around trying to look busy, they argued with us about what type of oil was supposed to be used, didnu2019t do any standard checks, were highly inefficient, and it was ridiculously expensive. I should have taken it to the dealership instead. I waited just as long and at least I would have had better service

*Over 45 minutes to get in as first vehicle in line. *Over 35 minutes for a basic oil change and brake light. *Brake light still doesnu2019t work. Technician (Miles) pressured me to do both when I asked for only one. *Technician Miles ripped the tonneau on my truck to get to high mounted brake light instead of unlatching the tailgate and doing it correctly, or asking me to. *Tonneau does not work correctly anymore. *So I paid for an oil change and brake light; left with an oil change, no brake light and a busted tonneau. *VERY frustrating visit.

Jonathon helped me and tried to upsell extra products/services. I declined need the back wipe blade, but did agree to a filter being replaced...only because he said it was $25, but he could do it for $20 today. As you can see in my invoice ...I was charged $24.99No happy, not good customer service practice. I would have changed it myself had I not been offered the discount. But I thought I would help with and extra sale. Probably won't visit this location again. My first experience with this gentleman at Apple Valley location.
