This was my first oil change since purchasing this vehicle. They checked it all over and noticed my tranmission fluid was dark and had a few bubbles. They explained why it needed to be changed and we did it. They were funny and joking. One gentleman even remembered me from a previous visit and we talked about hunting experiences. I was out of there in time for my next appt.
