Antonio was very helpful and courteous even though they did not have my filter. He was very polite and checked all my fluids and even stated I should add a few quarts of oil because it wa really low. I had to pay for it even thought i was coming for an oil change and they did not have my filter. Manager made me pay for the 2 quarts. Manager should have provided better customer service.
