Lyndsey asked thoughtful questions about my car’s maintenance and history—questions no other “instant oil change” location has ever taken the time to ask. It was clear that she wasn’t simply checking boxes; she genuinely cared about making sure my car was properly cared for. The entire team was equally impressive. They communicated with one another throughout the service, cross-checked their work, and confirmed each step to ensure everything was done correctly. You could tell they genuinely enjoyed working together, and that kind of teamwork creates a level of confidence and trust that is rare in a quick-service environment. And let’s be honest—this is tough work, especially on a hot day. Yet this team brought professionalism, know-how, positive energy, and a real sense of teamwork to the job. They made me feel like my car was in good hands from start to finish. Lyndsey is clearly a strong leader, and the culture she helps create was evident in every interaction. I left feeling not only confident that my car had been well cared for, but genuinely impressed by the people who took care of it.
