From the time I pulled into the garage from the time I left was at least 30 minutes. I didn't get much explanation as to why it took so long, just that it won't be much longer. Not sure if they were short staffed or not, but there was plenty of people up stairs that the manager had to say something for them to help him. So one person probably could of been spared to work under the cars if they were short staff.

Seemed to just take longer than previous times. It was busy which was understandable. But, I got moved to a different bay while waiting to help speed up and get me in to start sooner. And it took roughly 25 minutes longer. Cause the line I moved out of went a lot faster. The car that was originally behind me in line was in that bay for l, like I stated, roughly 25 minutes. Normally it's not bad, was just frustrating that that happened whilst in line.

I asked to do a tire change after my oil change. There was no one else in the bays and they said they could get it done in less than 15 minutes. It actually took about 25 minutes and now I have my wheels vibrating I might have to go to another store and have them balance. I’m thinking that maybe they knocked off one of the weights. I’m not happy with that at all unfortunately
