Team messed up and forgot to reattach something to my car, chased my car down before I hit the main road and had me wait an additional chunk of time behind someone else before fixing it. I then attempted to get in contact with costumer service about a refund with no avail. I found an email in the reviews and reached out, I was told the management would review and train their employees. However, the team didn’t offer us a partial refund/coupon or anything. Via email I was offered a 50% off coupon. Respectfully I won’t be using the coupon after paying near $90 to have something left off my car, being told to drive away, and then having the inconvenience of needing to wait another 20 minutes. I do not love leaving reviews but this has been incredibly frustrating considering I paid $90 for a service that had missed steps, the coupon was nice but I would’ve preferred to have part of my money back as the cost does NOT reflect the service I received. The team was very kind about the whole interaction, I am just dissatisfied with the amount of money I paid for this service and the inability to speak with a human over the phone.
