This was a rare occurrence that the service was extremely slow. I waited for an hour for an oil change. Maybe Mondays are not a good time to go there. I think some employees were missing that day.

There was only one worker and he couldn't do an oil change... very sad🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Site said 0-10 min wait. Perfect. 1 hour of waiting, get told they don't have compatible oil cause my vehicle is too new. Its 6 years old. Wouldn't be as frustrated had your wait time been updated.
