It was an INSANELY busy Sunday at Valvoline (seriously took over an hour to get in, but we were blocked in by cars, so we waited it out), but every staffer was patient, kind and kept people in the loop. They explained they were short-staffed, and a staffer kept coming out and giving updates to cars in line so people didn't feel abandoned, and once you got in, they gave really thorough service. I was really impressed with the camaraderie of the staff and how they all worked together to get everyone through the line, even though it seemed neverending for them.

I stopped in for an oil change. As soon as left my light came on. Every day since it came on. Now it's smells like im overdue for a oil change. So, here I am again spending more time in this line. I purchased a mid grade oil and shouldn't have any issues. I normally go to Bobby & Steve's. I highly recommend people to go there and not valvoline. As, I've never experienced this.
