Waited 40 minutes for the Durango in front of me. While the employee Sonyja talked and giggled with the driver for 20 minutes. The driver then gave her his number as he was leaving out. She put the number in her pocket then, She had me pull in and said it would be a few minutes. Went around the corner to text the customer her number. She reappeared with her phone in hand while smiling. She had no giggles or conversation with me. I told her it’s good he gave her the number because they definitely talked long enough. I came for an oil change not to witness an employee being unprofessional.

They stripped the plug to do the oil change so were unable to do the service. So I took it to a dealership and they discovered there that Valvoline had made a big mess with oil everywhere.
