Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I was treated with disrespect, upon my arrival the staff looked agitated that I pulled up. Once in the garage I was asked if I was there for an oil change, I replied Yes. I came here in a good mood, good spirits. But the shorter black guy who took the payment, was rude on site, he was rolling his eyes each time I had a question, looking at with with pure disgust, snacking his lips and sucking his teeth. He treated me with a cold shoulder. I usually go to the I one in Fridley, where I'm treated with the upmost respect. They gave me poor service, did not check my break lights or blinkers, windshield washer fluid tire pressure, battery, or my cabin air filter. Nor did they converse with me about the service or offered any recommendations. I Will Never Ever go back to this location. I left here feeling like they screwed something up on my vehicle. Why do I have to ask them to do their job. There suppose to check these things each visit. Then he asked for payment and and initiated my receipt before the service was done. These young men are blantly disrespectful, unprofessional, and lack customer service skills. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WICKED LOCATION. FRIDLEY/ FOREST LAKE DOES A WAY BETTER JOB. I always leave there with a smile on my face knowing the service I received was exceptional they always go above and beyond. Had I not had to hit the road I would of left this location and waited to go to my regular location.

Kind and friendly service but did not have my car filter so unable to service my car.

I don’t trust any other shops with my vehicle. This location and staff were very friendly and efficient. Quality of service is always top of the line at any Valvoline locations with staff going above and beyond. Thank you.
