It became obvious that something wasnu2019t going right in the pit. I heard talking by team members to look for something on both sides of the pit but was never informed as to what was happening. This resulted in me sitting in my vehicle for an extended period of time on a day that was hot and extremely humid. I was never informed voluntarily that my drain pan plug had fallen and couldnu2019t be found and that they had to replace it. I had to ask what the delay was. Had they been upfront and told me what was going on without me having to ask I wouldnu2019t be writing this comment right now.
