I didn't need an air filter because it had been done at the last service. One of the first things they did was try and open my airbox. then they lost the screw to it down in my engine. The kid that had been trying to find the screw then left to go work on another vehicle. I had to ask if all 4 of my screws were on my airbox. The main employee then checked and found that there were only 3 of the 4 screws in the airbox. He tried to find the screw but lost 2 other screws down in my engine. He eventually put a wood screw into my airbox to secure it. I didn't get an emailed receipt like I had asked for and there were no other checks done to my vehicle. ie-lights, turn signals, wiper fluids and the such. The battery was not check as the access to it is inside my vehicle and none of your staff ever entered my vehicle.
