They could have filled the tires I had to drive back through. They didn't show me my air filter didn't check lights or anything. Last time I was there they broke off the lipstick for the transmission fluid and had me leave with no idea how to fix it. Been a customer for a long time with several vehicles and each time service gets worse.

They MUST listen to customer comments and concerns willingly. All I received was basic oil change and they tried to rush me out. No system checks, and I had to tell them to at least check my filter and tire pressure, it was ridiculous that I had to tell them how to do their job!!!

I was then told you canu2019t do my vehicle! Why was I told it needed to be done, and when I drive to get it done you canu2019t do it? Wasted my time and gas.

Someone new that could not open the hood is not going to practice changing oil on my car . So the manager took over took the plastic engine cover off my jeep set it aside started on my oil change and then someone else took over to finish never put the cover back on my engine and Iu2019m getting a out of state phone call after I got home asking me to drive back 15 miles to put it back on.
