Was at a wrestling tournament decided to get an oil change in this area after them changing my oil I asked him to show me the dipstick and the color of the oil was still dark I asked them to dip it again so I can see the color of the oil then I asked to look at the new oil on a white rag next to the dipstick residue from the new oil change I said it didn't look like they gave me a full oil change I've changed plenty of oil in my lifetime and this was like they left a quarter of the existing oil still in my vehicle. Even though the workers were nice and I received a discount I just think it is a hustle to save a little oil not to completely let it drain out and then charge you a full price $100 plus some dollars. The workers were very nice and polite let me just state that but not worth my money.

Graham, who I believe to be the lead at the new Prior Lake location, was what people in charge of locations/departments should strive to be more like. They were great at communicating with me and their team members, explained things perfectly, and was honest! They told me straight up if I needed air filters, helped me figure out the perfect tire pressure for my tires in this wintertime, and was a good listener. What else do you want? I’m already sold on using Vavoline, but now I want to do my best to get back to the Prior Lake location each time I need work! Graham and the Prior Lake team is simply the best and if I had cash on me, I would’ve tipped just to get them coffee or something.
