I have gone to balvoline many times over the years, but this was by far the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had. The manager would keep talking to coworkers about how he wanted to quit and just walk out. He would swear every time he heard the bell ring when a car pulled up to wait. They didn’t fill my tires. And I was in the bay for over 40 minutes while they did the oil change.

So I stopped for an oil change and as I waited I looked on the Valvoline website and found a coupon but when I went to use it there were issues and I was told they were having problems scanning the barcode, on a coupon from THEIR website but it was my problem. I requested the manager who told me the same and when I told him I was not happy he told me "So don't come back".
Bunch of clowns!

When I went this store to change the oil, I was told to have choices for the type of oil. One is for 2000 miles with cheaper price and another for 5000 miles for more expensive one. I chose the more expensive one but on the sticker he gave to me on my windshield, it shows 3000 miles for next oil change instead of 5000 miles as he promised. I won’t trust this oil change place anymore.

Hi Yueyue! We're sorry for any confusion about the reminder sticker. Our stickers default to 3,000 miles or 3 months, but you can follow your manufacturer's recommended interval if you use the recommended oil. If you have further questions, please feel free to email your VIN to CCsocial@valvoline.com, and we'll be happy to help.
