My husband went to have his oil changed at this location and they replaced his coolant without asking. They put in a coolant that is not compatible with his vehicle. When my husband brought this to the manager’s attention, the manager started to scream at him and call him a “scammer.” My husband removed himself from the situation which was becoming increasingly volatile. Later he called Valvoline and they told him he could go to his dealership and have the coolant drained and replaced and they would cover the cost. They are now refusing to cover the cost of the repair. They have given us several excuses for why they won’t pay including the coolant was the correct coolant (it’s not) and that the manager is new and he probably just didn’t know his information very well. We were told specifically that it is the incorrect coolant and that they would cover the costs. I am absolutely shocked at how this is being dealt with. I will be taking this to court.
