The quote they gave me was over $100 for a standard oil change and a pair of windshield wipers that were 30% off. I told him that couldnu2019t be right. He said he hasnu2019t taken the discount off yet. I said to just take off the wipers. I didnu2019t need them right now and the price went down to $46.70 from over $100. I asked if they checked my tires. I didnu2019t see them go around my car but they said they did and never was I told how my fluids were. Now I have to go somewhere else to have my fluids and tires checked because I am going on a trip and I want to know. They sent me a receipt to my email but only the amount I paid not anything about checking my tires or fluids. I left dissatisfied.

I called right before I went and was told they do tire rotations. when i got there, they do not have the staff to do tire rotations. so i wasted time and money for half of what i went there for. called customer care and they said lets for letting us know. um. no, fix the situation. now i have to spend more time and money to get the just a tire rotation. rediculous.

They provided me with a service reminder sticker for my windshield, which I appreciate, but they set the interval for 3,000 miles. When I saw that and asked them to change it to 6,000 miles, they told me it was too late. For this vehicle, using synthetic oil, the manufacturer recommends every 10,000 miles. I would still change it more frequently than that, but your shop assuming every 3,000 miles and then not being able to change it upon request, seemed a little odd to me.
