Went to store 3530 Northdale Drive first. Waited. Told me impact wrench broken, so I went to survey location. Lift was tied up, so put into one bay for oil change but waited. Then moved to lift for oil change. After 45 mins, learned lift couldnu2019t fit my vehicle without damage to trim, so couldnu2019t get tires rotated. 3rd location was recommended. 2.5 hours to try two locations and still only got an oil change. Rotated the tires myself. Lack of staffing, knowledge and working equipment at two locations. Wouldnu2019t waste time with a third.
