There was a lot of hanging out and not much interaction with the customer. I had to ask them to check my tire pressure. I am usually very happy with valvoline but when you have to ask them to do their job, that's not ok.

New manager new employees, no sense of urgency to get the job done and done correctly. they checked tires but didn't, didn't fill fluids, was in the bay 15 mins before someone even started on my car because they were all standing around trying to figure out how to change the oil on the newer car in the other bay.didn't bring a lot of confidence in anyone's ability to do anything. They drained my old oil from the top of the engine so not sure if they even changed the oil filter, not going back to that Valvoline again. Manager wasn't even friendly didn't even barely speak to me. Said my air filter was dirty and when I said he could replace it .oh I don't have any in stock .so that makes me think my oil filter also was not changed since they drained it from the top where I fill oil.
