Utterly the worst experience I have ever had at any business. This place is literally a joke, STAY AWAY. Incompetent! I sat in line for exactly two hours waiting to get an oil change, finally pull in and they drain my oil. This incompetent clown comes to me tells me (laughing ) that they ran out of oil. They ran out of god damn oil at a Valvoline. He laughs again and I ask him what he finds funny, he said he has to send a guy to pick up oil at O Riley’s down the road. He proceeds to tell me he will take $25 dollars off, now I’m laughing at him because this place definitely has literal clowns working at it. STAY AWAY ! STAY AWAY!
