Not impressed!!. I get it gets busy as it’s a no appointment, but not happy that I wait for a half hour for my turn to get in and am told the cheaper oil I use is out and that if I want that kind I need to go to the Woodbury location. Would have been nice if the guy that asked me what I came there for would have told me that as I was waiting my turn and when He started putting air in my tires and still waited roughly 20 min to get it the garage. I am totally fine with waiting my turn, but informing customers ahead of waiting for what they don’t have would be nice as oil changes are expensive and so is gas and people’s time. I am also not impressed that I was not given a sticker or receipt! Yea, I should have asked for it before I left, but I had children with that were getting bored and impatient as when I finally left we had been there for 1 hour. Not going back to that location again!!
