I went the day there was a IT outage in the world. They could not charge my card until later. I had a $15 off coupon which the nice young man wrote on my slip but when the charge finally went through the person inputting it did not give me my discount and I was charged full price. I realize it was a difficult day but it clearly shows on my handwritten receipt the charge should have been 61.99 plus tax and my bank shows I was charged 82.10. A little over $20 in tax seems off. Details do matter.

I have a Jeep wrangler and the tech tried to drop my hood to shut it. Jeep hoods must be let down and latched on the sides. They are not like car hoods. It slammed down like he was trying to close a normal car hood. I didn’t like that at all.

Well it took quite some time even getting into the bay. When you say 5-10 min and then it's 35, be more honest up front. Gave me some recommendations including a front diff fluid change, lol that is t even accessible on my vehicle, also heard them recommended a rear diff fluid change on another customers vehicle that was only fwd. Get real!

Corey was the CSR and did a great job of explaining things to me!Learned things about my 10 year old car that I did not know!!!!
