My car developed a significant oil and Coolant leak during the service, they shrugged off the issue. immediately after I left my car began smoking, within 15 miles it died and now requires a new engine, the manager refuses to accept responsibility and pay for repairs or even refund my oil change.

Was told of a battery issue on my almost new car and it was explained to me and I knew I wouldn’t remember the details explained. I was told it would be on my receipt. It was not on the receipt and I do not know what to tell my Mazda dealer when I get it checked. Also when I asked a team member how many miles til full synthetic oil change was due for change. In the past I have been told a number over 3000 miles and couldn’t remember. I was told the same as any oil change. Team members were all very pleasant.
