I’ve gone here for years with multiple vehicles. The last time they forgot to put oil in. They kept adding a quart to top it off. After 3 quarts I requested they start at the beginning. This time the person under the car tried to tell the person in front of the car that oil was put in, when it wasn’t. Also no light check(not that that is a big deal but it wasn’t done because one person walked off saying they needed a belt because their pants were falling off… then another person walked away from my vehicle to take a phone call, not work related. I don’t know what is happening at this location but I won’t be going back. I asked for a card for the manager so I could share my experience and was told they didn’t have one and to just call the national number.

One of my fastest trips so far with an empty work station open. I have previously gone to the dealership (took 2 hours on average and the last time was there for 3.5 hours) for the included maintenance services but then started coming here. The staff is always friendly and fast. They make their service suggestions but aren’t pushy about it. 10/10 recommend!
