Friday April 11 I had to wait longer than expected before being helped, which was a bit frustrating at first. But once I got in, a kid named Arturo greeted me, explained everything clearly, and got started right away. What really stood out was how efficient and quick he was. At one point, he was working on three different cars by himself while the rest of the team was nowhere to be seen. Even with that, he stayed organized, worked fast, and didn’t miss a single step in the process. He kept a professional attitude the whole time and got my oil change done in about 10 minutes or less, while still helping other customers too. I’m not sure how much he’s getting paid, but he definitely deserves recognition for how hard he works. I will only come back and ask for him to work on my car. The 4-star rating is honestly just because of him—otherwise, it would have been lower. Thank you.
