The staff at valvoline were very friendly, nice outgoing it made my experience amazing they never once tried to pressure me into buying a service that I did not need. They even help me get the hood of my vehicle because the lever was broke. Overall in amazing experience 10 out of 10 would highly recommend and definitely will be going there again.

They were all extremely polite and helpful. The only recommendation I have that would be helpful is.....I purchased the synthetic oil which I was told was good for 6000-10000 miles and the reminder sticker they put on my windshield was for 3000 miles.

The gentleman who welcomed me into the garage notified me right away that they were short staffed and explained wait times may be longer than usual. I appreciated his honestly and professionalism. I decided to wait. Before I knew it they were working and done with my oil change! Great job! Unfortunately, the engine filter the employee recommended I should consider replacing was out of stock.
