I got an oil change and a transmission flush. Staff was friendly and working their tails off in the crazy heat. Unfortunately, when I got home and parked, the next morning there was oil on my driveway. Took it back in the next day and had to wait an hour in the blistering heat - no fault to the employees, it was a busy VERY hot day and they seemed to be trying their best. Found out the drain plug wasnt put in right and the previous tech had dropped my oil filter on the underbelly of my car and didn't clean it up well. Both issues together netted me a nice oil stain on my driveway. At the end of the day they fixed the issue and redid the oil change. I appreciated that, but can't in good faith give 5 stars. This is my 2nd time having an issue at a Valvoline instant oil change.
