This was absolutely the worse experience I have ever had at a Valvoline shop. The main technician was rude, condescending, impatient and difficult to work with. Extremely unprofessional!! After I got my paperwork he had put several items that were wrong with my car but never pointed them out to me personally. I will never go back to this shop again and may not even go to another Valvoline shop either.
