The oil change was satisfactory in itself, it felt like chaos, to many guys guys running around working on two cars, and the yelling amongst themselves. And them 2 days later I brought my car to a repair shop to have a belt changed.And there was a O'RILEY receipt (not mine) under my battery post cover. Like someone lifted the cover and placed it there so the wind wouldn't take it. To much chaos. And not paying attention.

They did not do anything else except change the oil, even though the invoice said otherwise. They waved me out and didn't show me the dipstick. I asked him to show me the dipstick, he did, but without wiping it off fist. I pulled out and checked it myself, and it was overfilled. I came back and asked him about them not doing any other services and my oil being overfilled. He said it wasn't and that I could get back in line and I could wait 20 minutes to get it rechecked., He also said that there are only 2 of them there that day and they did not have time to do anything else. This is not my problem. The reason I go to Valvoline Oil Change if because of the professionalism. Luckily I have other places i can go.
