I got my oil change on 8/19 first thing in the morning. Apparently y'all were out of fully synthetic (which seems impossible, like McDonald's not having a big mac type impossible), so the rep said he would charge me for conventional but provide a synthetic blend. After mentioning it to the person who was changing my oil, the person got back to the computer to verify what I was supposed to he getting, and I'm 99% sure he put conventional oil in my car instead of the synthetic blend, and my car hasn't been running great since I got my oil changed there. And I honestly have no idea what to do because I'm not paying for another oil change. Please contact me to make this right (6512630219).
