1. The app said there was a 0-10 minute wait. Only one bay was open and I waited 20 minutes just to be seen. This was the 4th time I had tried to use this location and had wait times be completely wrong.2. The app had a $15 off coupon available to me. When it was scanned, it said invalid. The tech wasn’t didn’t give me any explanation or take the money off the service even when he saw I was accessing it directly from the Valvoline app.3. I was told my car was leaking oil but not what I needed to do about it. At this point in time, Valvoline has completely disappointed me and is no longer worth my time or money. I can get better service and price elsewhere.

I understand that the store was busy, however the tech that was handling the topside of my service, started my service, then took off to goof off with the rest of the team. I saw 3 staff members that were working while the others were goofing off. Whoever was in the bays below, Mike and Fostin at this specific location were great! Fostin was very friendly and made sure that I got my sticker and receipt. They others preferred to goof off with each other than assist with completing my service in a professional manner.
