As I pulled into the stall unit, the staff directed me and the staff to prepare for the oil change. They quickly greeted me and asked me what I needed. They pulled my report and asked if I wanted the same service. They also mentioned things that I could replace such as the air filter and windshield wipers and reassured me that I still have time to change it on the next visit if I did not want to change it at that time. Overall, staff were kind. I can never complain. They get the job done!
