Unreliable and untrusting. I went in for oil change. The guard plate for the oil pan was missing a bolt. Went back a second time to be repaired. The manager told me it was fixed. However, whatever bolt they put in fell out so skid plate fell down second time. I asked the company to order a replacement which they did and the manager stated it was fixed and taken care of. A couple days later. The skis plate fell down again. Had to stop in a third time. They ordered the plate. I went in a third time. They put the new skid plate on. And I was again told it was fixed. Well today I’m driving and the plate is hanging down again. This is now the fourth time I’ve stopped into the store. And they say they don’t have the bolts to fix it so they would zip tie the skid plate. Not ordering the part that they lost. And now they are fixing it again. Only for me to stop back a fifth time when the new plate comes in.
This company is crap and not trustworthy. There workers ruin your car, takes me eight hours to deal with this issue over and over and they don’t care.
How much time have you wasted of my time. How many times is your company going to tell me my car is fixed only to have to stop back in five damn times cause you guys hire incompetent workers to out my car back the ways it originally came in.
Yet they zip tied my car today and this is a supposed professional company. I’m thinking time for a lawsuit since they don’t want to repair what they messed up. The leaders and higher ups don’t manage their employees or ensuring they are doing the correct work.
Bad company and bad management. And this company doesn’t offer anything for wasting my time and not fixing the problem.
A zip tie they used to hold my skid plate up. Really.
