My oil filter was not properly attached and I was dripping oil. Also, I paid for a tire rotation and afterwards my car shakes while driving. I brought it back and was told the torque wrench wasn't working previously (so why was I allowed to leave?). After doing it again, my car still shakes. I'm mostly positive that my tire weights were knocked off during the rotation and I need to have the whole thing re-balanced - a service not provided by Valvoline. I've been a customer for years and never had anything like this happen. I've visited this location once before and had no issues. But now I'm going to be out over a hundred dollars going to another mechanic to check everything and have my tires re-balanced and alignment checked. I'm not happy and I'm disappointed that this happened.

I did not see pricing listed any wear nor was I told before hand what it would be. I had a $20 off coupon I received in the mail. I had to search n the internet for prices. Not easy to find. The price I did find didnu2019t match up to the actual price. Then an extra oil charge of $10.99. No explanation for that! Ended up being over $97 dollars for an oil charge!! I could have gotten the same service done elsewhere for $27!!! Now I understand why you donu2019t list your prices. I certainly wouldnu2019t have gone there if I had known ahead of time.
