Oil change was as advertised. However, after pulling in and confirming with the tech “just an oil change”, they immediately started replacing my engine air filter and checking my washer fluid. I did not want either of these services, which should have been made clear when I confirmed that I only wanted an oil change. Very frustrating and deceptive. Not sure I’ll be going back.

The two slowest valvoline experiences I’ve had have been at this location. First thing they need to do is let Kelly go. From my experience, she struggles staying on task and walks around trying to look busy but not actually doing much work.
